Raising a concern

It is in everyone’s interest that concerns and complaints are resolved at the earliest possible stage. Many issues can be resolved informally, by sitting down and talking, and we kindly ask you to contact the school in the first instance.

If you have spoken to a member of staff and the problem cannot be resolved, you may want to make a complaint. The Bulmershe School takes concerns seriously and will make every effort to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

We always stress to our students the importance of politeness and courtesy.  The vast majority of communications that we receive from parents are polite and considered, but we do receive some that are angry and combative.  Whilst acknowledging that we don’t always get things right, we are always trying our best to ensure the highest quality education for all of our students.  If a situation occurs that you are unhappy with, please consider how you communicate with staff.  We will always seek to find a resolution and ask you to work with us to find the best and most suitable solutions.
